Thank you for choosing Mega Ship Container. We take pride in the quality of our shipping containers, grading standards, and customer fulfillment. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. 18-Day Return and Inspection Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have up to 18 days from the date of delivery to inspect your shipping container and request a return or report any discrepancies if it does not meet the standards of your purchased grade (Grade A, Grade B, Grade C, or Premium Quality).

2. Order Cancellations and Returns

To be eligible for a return within the 18-day window, the container must be unoccupied, unmodified, and in the same condition as delivered:

• Cancellation requests submitted prior to dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
• Returns requested after delivery within the 18-day period may incur transit and restocking fees based on logistical requirements.

3. 7-Business-Day Refund Processing

Once your return is inspected and approved by our logistics team, your refund will be processed immediately. Funds will automatically be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Note: Custom-modified containers are final sale and non-refundable once production has commenced.
