We offer a standard nationwide flat rate delivery fee of $658 for eligible container orders. This ensures a transparent and predictable shipping experience.
Our containers are categorized by condition: Premium Quality units are virtually flawless and like-new; Grade A units are visually presentable with minor use; Grade B units are standard budget-friendly containers showing normal signs of age; and Grade C units exhibit significant wear while remaining fully functional and affordable.
You have an 18-day return and inspection window from the date of delivery to report any issues or request a return. Approved refunds are processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
You must ensure that the drop-off location has clear, safe access free of overhead obstructions (like power lines or tree branches) and features a flat, level, and firm surface (such as concrete, asphalt, or compacted gravel) so the container doesn’t sink or shift.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), direct bank transfers/ACH, and approved corporate wire transfers or business invoicing.
