1. Flat Rate Delivery Fee

We offer a straightforward, predictable delivery model. All eligible standard container orders across our primary service zones are shipped at a flat rate of $658. This transparent pricing ensures you won’t encounter unexpected freight surprises upon checkout.

2. Delivery Methods & Logistics

Depending on the size of your container (such as 10ft, 20ft, or 40ft units) and your drop-off site specifications, we utilize specialized transport equipment:

• Tilt-Bed Trucks: The most common method, allowing the trailer to tilt and slide the container directly onto the ground at your site.
• Flatbed Trucks (Crane Service Required): Used for tight or complex locations where a crane or forklift is required on-site to lift the container off the truck bed.

3. Site Preparation and Access

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is safe, accessible, and adequately prepared prior to the driver’s arrival:

• Clear clearance paths free of low-hanging power lines, tree branches, and narrow gates.
• Firm, level ground (such as concrete, asphalt, compacted gravel, or wooden blocking) to prevent the container from sinking or shifting.
• Sufficient space for the delivery truck to pull in, maneuver, and depart safely.

4. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days following order confirmation and processing. Our dispatch team will contact you at least 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to coordinate the exact drop-off window.
